Symptom

Error: "Error 1706. No valid source could be found for product Crystal Reports 2008. The Windows installer cannot continue." when a user tries to open a CR report on Windows XP machine where BO Edge 3.0 Client and Crystal Reports 2008 SP0 were installed by a different user.
