1351203 - Performance problems caused by large databases in PCM.

• Models may be slow to fully open (the user interface may appear quickly, but the Automatic Calculation button will take much longer to be activated).
  
• Inserting new dimension hierarchy members may be very slow, as will drag-and-drop movements of items in hierarchies.
  
• Assigning items to attribute groups will also be slow.
  
• Model structure and data imports may take much longer than they may have when the database was much smaller.
  
• Bringing up a list of grid layouts may be slow.
  
• Data entry via grid (more noticeable if a range of values is being input) may take a few seconds to return control to the user.
