Symptom

  • When you save a Webintelligence report to PDF, open it in PDF and then save it to txt file then the document is empty in Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.x
  • After doing a "Save to my computer as" PDF, and then doing a "Save As Text" when viewing the report in the PDF viewer, the resulting TXT file has no content
