1352619 - Disk IO errors appearing repeatedly in application event log

Symptom

  • Cannot view any report instances.
    • Error: 'File <filename>.rpt not found on File Repository Server'
  • Numerous DiskIO errors appear  in application event log
    • Error: Could not open the file \\<computer name>\input\<path>\<filename.ext>.  Error code: Failed to open file \\<computer name>\input\<path>\<filename.ext> Please check for permissions or sharing violations
  • The files appear in the input and output FRS.  Users are able to run/schedule to crystal report format successfully.
