- In BusinessObjects 6.5, the exact product version and patch level could be seen in the Help > About menu in the client tools.
- However in XI Release 2 and XI 3.x only the major release version is shown in the Help > About menu, for example 11.5.0.0 or 12.0.0.0.
- Service Pack or Fixpack installation fails due to incompatible installer version (See SAP-Note 1272617)
