Symptom

  • Job fails after installing updated data
  • Real-time services error
  • Bad major version
  • BAD_MAJOR_VER
  • Error after deployed the latest US directories
  • BOBJ ADDR US 2023 - Current with Data Services 4.3.1 lower versions
  • BOBJ ADDR US 2009 - Current with Data Services 4.3.2 or higher versions
  • Install the latest directories and now cannot run jobs with address cleanse
  • Error: "Your version of the software is not compatible with the version of your installed directories"
  • <URC0001>: [BAD_MAJOR_VER - Your version of the software is not compatible with the version of your installed directories.].
