1354472 - "Last Refresh Time" and some of the Time functions display the time with one hour difference to the system time (time zone) in Web Intelligence reports

Symptom

  • While refreshing a WebI report, the currenttime() function displays the time with one hour difference to the system time
  • Last refresh time in Web Intelligence reports does not display the correct time.
  • Schedule start time in Web Intelligence instances does not display the correct time.
  • SI_STARTTIME shows wrong date / time.
  • Time-zone sets to GMT +08:00 or Beijing or Hong Kong or Taipei is not reflected in Web Intelligence reports.
  • The time zone is not reflected in every date / time within Web Intelligence reports.
  • "Last Refresh time" at the bottom of status bar shows the same issue (1 hour behind)
