Symptom

  • Exported .swf icon in Infoview is missing and displaying as square
  • Unable to click on file name as if it is not associated to any application
  • File Type is appearing as CrystalEnterprise.Flash as oppose to MacroMedia Flash
  • The above symptoms are also appearing when the file is viewed in Central Management Console (CMC)
