Symptom

  • Can not directly migrate CE 10 to BOE XI 3.1 by copying the CMS database.
  • Error during copying the CE 10 CMS database to BOE XI 3.1 CMS database by "Copy data from another DataSource" from CCM.
  • Error: "Unhandled exception at 0x596c2b03 in SvcMgr.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00000000."
  • Event Viewer Warning: "An error occurred while making a default object. The default object will not be made. The error was: The property SI_ID of info object with id number x('x' means number) is not unique. Table = 'dbo,CMS_InfoObjects6'. Column = 'ObjectID'.."
