1356127 - Browse values dosen't display all the values in Data Foundation in Business View Manager.

Symptom

The Data Foundation in Business View Manager ,does not show all the list of values.

Cause

The number of browse values are limited by default and if required, we need to make changes in the Registry.

Resolution

1. In the Regedit\ HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\Business View Manager\Settings.
2. Go to NumberOfRecordsToBrowse--Edit the Value—Modify-Value Data---Enter the value e.g. 10000.
3. Then Restart the services i.e. (Your Enterprise).
4. Go to Business View Manager and check in the Data foundation. It will Display all the values in the field.
