1357333 - Error: QaaWS Servlet is not valid. ErrorServer <server> not found or server may be down

Symptom

  • Upon validating the dswsbobje server component, the following error appears in the Axis Happiness page: "QaaWS Servlet is not valid. ErrorServer <server> not found or server may be down."
  • Identical installation in test environment displays a successful Axis Happiness page, while the problematic environment has never worked.
  • Restarting the dswsbobje application still returns the same error upon validating.
