1360559 - Html file exported from Xcelsius designer doesn't display its flash

Symptom

Executing html file exported from Xcelsius designer display the page in blank instesta of displaying its flash

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open any sample Xcelsius file (.xlf) from C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Xcelsius\samples\User Guide Samples\ folder.
  2. Click File > Export > HTML.
  3. Type <Japanese file name> or <Multiple-byte characters file name> and click Save.
  4. Dobule click the saved html file.
  5. The HTML page doesn't display the flash.

Cause

HTML file isn't generated propery if the file name exported has multibyte character.

Resolution

Workaround:

Not to include multibyte character in the file name exported.
