Symptom

  • User Logon Fails when accessing InfoView through a Load Balancer.
  • Entering the correct logon credentials and hitting the 'Logon' button returns the user back to the logon page.
  • User logon works fine when accessing Business Objects Enterprise bypassing the Load Balancer.
