1361142 - JMS Adapter definition no longer work with XSD as the request format

Symptom

The Error is generated in designer when trying to import the adapter operation into DI Metadata

Error Message : BODI -1112015) Error parsing the <PutQ_qxgsasmaxd> included in the xml send by the adapter to represent an outbound message <File ADAPTER_MESSAGE_SCHEMA.xsd> is not a valid xml schema specification>
