1362739 - Loosing binding Excel cells in Xcelsius

Symptom

After previewing complex Xcelsius models, randomly they can have lost the binding properties related to Excel cells.

Resolution

If you lock all components in the object browser, you can avoid this issue.

You can unlock one component at the time while modifying it, and lock after that, before the preview.

Steps to Fix:

  1. Make a Xcelsius model  based on a submitted Excel spreadsheet, and bind some components to Excel cells.
  2. Lock al components using object browser.
  3. For updating a component, unlock it, update it and lock it again before using preview.
