Symptom

In the Central Management Console (CMC) Authentication page, double-clicking the "SAP" list item seems to do nothing or is missing

  • No new page is opened to configure SAP authentication options
  • Other authentication list items (Windows AD, Enterprise, etc.) do respond as you would expect
