1366234 - XI3.1 Intallation on HPUX PA-RISC platform fails with registry errors

• When installing BOXI 3.1 on HPUX PA-RISC 11.23 server, the installer hangs before 100% completion and fails with following errors:

  [error] [Registry::SelfReg] Failed to register libquerypanel.sl (regsvr),                                                          
  error code: 2560
  
• During such failures, some processes seem to be running while others such as boe_crystalras and ConnectionServer fail with a core dump
  
• Attempts to manually register the failed libraries will fail with errors such as below
  ./regsvr -v /ds1/home/bobjer3/BOE/BOEHP/bobje/enterprise120/hpux_pa-risc/ras/libsaxserialize.sl

  Problem registering or unregistering /ds1/home/bobjer3/BOE/BOEHP/bobje/enterprise120/hpux_pa-risc/ras/libsaxserialize.sl : Loading shared object failed. First tried to load library /ds1/home/bobjer3/BOE/BOEHP/bobje/enterprise120/hpux_pa-risc/ras/libsaxserialize.sl and failed because of error: [Unresolved symbol: CBL_NLS_GET_MSG (code) from /cobol/prod/svrexp-5.0_w4- 64bit/coblib/libxerces-c.sl.21].
