1368605 - Getting error "Internal Problem" while logging into 3-tier Desktop Intelligence using Active Directory Authentication.

Symptom

  • The error below appears when trying to login to InfoView OR 3-tier DesktopIntelligence using Active Directory authentication.
    "Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again. If you are not a member of the default domain,enter your user name as UserName@DNS_DomainName, and then try again".
  • Desktop intelligence in 2-tier mode works fine with Active Directory authentication.
