Symptom

  • A Crystal Reports 2008 OLAP report can not be scheduled from InfoView when Business Objects Enterprise 3.1 is installed on Win 2003 64 bit server.
  • Following error appears: Error in File ~tmp1b1c56aa00589b0.rpt: The request could not be submitted for background processing.
