Symptom
- While upgrading from Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) XI Release 2 to Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1, an unhandled exception occurs: e06d7363 (see attachment section for full stack)
- Third line of generated stack: loaded modules references mozjsshell.exe (NOTE: the time of this stack is in GMT)
- The installation continues and completes successfully
- The log file, generated by the installer in %TMP% folder while installing, is pushed to BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\logging references an operation of mozjsshell.exe
