1370045 - Error: ERR_WIS_30272 when viewing a WebI document with large data

Symptom

  • Error occurs when Web Intelligence document being viewed via InfoView or ReportEngine Java or .NET SDK or BI Launchpad.
  • Error message (BI 4.x): "Maximum character output size limit reached. Contact your BusinessObjects administrator. (Error: ERR_WIS_30272) (Error: INF).
  • Error message (BO XI 3.x): "Maximum character output size limit reached. Contact your BusinessObjects administrator. (Error: ERR_WIS_30272)".
  • Error message (BO XI R2): "Max character file size limit exceeded. The document is too large to be processed by the server. Contact your BusinessObjects administrator. (Error: WIS 30272).(Error: INF)"
