Symptom

  • Users are not able to login to Infoview due to non availability of Weblogic threads.
  • Found errors in Weblogic logs.

Error> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000337> <ExecuteThread: '24' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default' has been busy for "730" seconds working on the request "Http Request: /businessobjects/enterprise115/baselinev0/viewreport.jsp", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds.>
