1372160 - After viewing Xcelsius documents based on QAAWS the BO services are not available

• after some time of activity Web Services consumed by XCelsius documents stop working
• restarting the SIA temporarily solves the problem

 Reproducing Steps:

1. Create an Xcelsius document based on Qaaws, with three or more queries
2. Publish the Xcelsius document to the BO Enterprise
3. Open the Xcelsius document from Infoview
4. Refresh the document five or more times
5. the Xcelsius document will be not refreshed
6. check the status from the CMC shows that all BO services are running and enabled
7. restart the SIA and wait for all services to be up and running again
8. re-open the Xcelsius document: the refresh will be successful
9. repeating steps 4 to 5 will produce the error

Environment:

• Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1
• Xcelsius 2008 SP1

• the behavior is a consequence of an exponential consumption of connections, this fully engages the BOBJ web services. This has been reported as a bug with reference Number ADAPT01223477
