1372224 - Flash objects used on the report, not displaying when viewed in InfoView in BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1

Symptom

  • Should be able to use Flash Object in Crystal Reports when viewed in InfoView in Java or ActiveX viewer.
  • We can use Flash Object in Crystal Reports when viewed in InfoView only in Web Viewer.
         
  • Important Note
    Adobe ended Flash support on 2020/12/31. The information in this SAP Knowledge Base Article was valid prior to Flash suppot ended. The recommendation is to remove Flash objects from the report.
