1373329 - System can not connect to the CMS when you are installing SP2 (FWM 01014)

Symptom

CMS (Central Managment Service) Can not be contacted when you are trying to install the sp2 for BOXI 3.1

And you can see the error on the  APS_<CMS Name>.AdaptiveProcessingServer_*.log:

  • <log4j:event logger="com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.ManagedService" timestamp="1249563918418" level="FATAL" thread="Geronimo shutdown thread">
  • <log4j:message><![CDATA[invoke(): the service is dead ]]></log4j:message>
  • <log4j:throwable><![CDATA[com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.OCAFrameworkException$AllServicesDown: Unable to find servers in CMS <Full Qualified Name>:<port> and cluster @<Full qualified Name>:<port> with kind cms and service null. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)
