1373456 - Could not load OCI.dll or recieve ORA-12154 when testing Link ID within Strategy Management

Symptom

When creating the SSM_CB_EA link ID in order to use the Cube Builder or Entry & Approval applications within Strategy Management, one of the following errors are received:

  • Cannot get exclusive access to model or load procedure missing; data not loaded
  • Could not load OCI.DLL
  • An ORA-12154 error is recieved within the trace file when attempting to either build a cube within Cube Builder or load data using Entry & Approval
