1373494 - Error "Item 'ALLOW_DISCUSSION_THREADS' does not exist in enumeration 'Note_RightEnum' (FWM 04016)" when importing a BIAR file

Symptom

  1. Import a BIAR file with a user different than  Administrator account, but who's a member of the Administrators group
  2. after entering the destination information, you get the error message: "Item 'ALLOW_DISCUSSION_THREADS' does not exist in enumeration 'Note_RightEnum' (FWM 04016)"
