Symptom

  • Underline and strikeout font option stops in the middle of text
  • The object is formatted with a hyperlink
  • In a Cross-tab, underline and strikeout effects stops at the first special characters when viewing the report in HTML viewer in Info View

For example:

If we have the text: Row Header ( Text ) in a cross-tab

In Crystal Reports it will display like:

Row Header ( Text )

But when viewed in InfoView in the HTML viewer, it will display like:

Row Header ( Text )
