1376537 - Custom fonts are not displayed in PDF when generated from a Desktop Intelligence report

Symptom

  • When saving a Deski report to PDF from Deski or Infoview, or viewing a Deski rep in Infoview in PDF mode, the custom font contained in the report reverts back to Arial. 
  • The font is correctly displayed in the actual report, as well as in Excel, but not in PDF.
  • The issue is limited to Desktop Intelligence reports.  Web Intelligence reports saved/viewed in PDF display custom fonts correctly.
