If the entitlement of a user is solely as an Business Objects Explorer user and initial setup in CMC is with "User must change password upon first time login", upon login to Explorer, user is not prompted to change password and he will be disabled under CMC once he tries to login to Explorer for the second time. Following error message is displayed:
