1379961 - Error: "Internal Error. Please Contact Your System Administator. RCIRAS0274" when editing parameters of Crystal Reports

Symptom

  1. Log into Infoview to view on demand or schedule Crystal Reports with parameters
  2. Edit one of the parameter
  3. the following error pops up: "An error has occurred: Internal error. Please contact your system administrator. [RCIRAS0274]"
  4. The only way to recover from this error is to log off from Infoview and log back in
