1380225 - No job server entry available in Data Integrator / Data Services

Symptom

  • Cannot run job in Business Objects Data Integrator (BODI) /Data Services (BODS) Management Console or Designer
  • No Job Server or  Server Group is available where to run the job.  The list of Job Servers value is empty on both interfaces (Web Console and Designer)

Note:  The BODI/BODS server is up and running listening on standard sockets. The server in reachable issuing a telnet from a client to the BODI/BODS server sockets and they answer properly.
