Require the option to define the size of a flash file in Xcelsius 2008.

1. Launch Xcelsius
2. Create a dashboard
3. Go to File > export and select "Flash (SWF)"
4. Have an option to define the compression of the Flash file

Xcelsius 2008 currently does not have the option to define the compression size.
