1381401 - Error: "Could not save the document to the repository for the following reason: [repo_proxy 17] unable to find the info : unknown session (WIS 30567)" when scheduling WebIntelligence reports in Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.x SP2

Symptom

  • When multiple WebIntelligence reports are scheduled to run in a clustered environment, some fail with error message: 
    • "Could not save the document to the repository for the following reason: [repo_proxy 17] unable to find the info : unknown session (WIS 30567)".
  • Event Viewer log displays the following information: 
    • "Cluster connection with FQDN:6400 has been broken on notifier side for reason: (Notification resulted in IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE:1.0, minor code 1330577418). Check network connection to CMS machines, and test responsiveness of system database."
