1382315 - Error: Naming collision “This name is already used. Please choose a new name” while trying to use the same List name (List of values) for multiple objects in Universe Designer.

Symptom

  • Unable to use same List name of an object for another object after migration from BO XIR2 to BO XI3.1 SP2
  • Naming collision message is displayed "This name is already used. Please choose a new name" while using the same list of values for multiple objects
  • The same is possible in BO XIR2 and BO XI3.1 but not in BO XI3.1 SP2
