1382728 - XI 3.1 - Logging in to the CMC shows a blank, white page

Symptom

  • After certain users enter their credentials into the login prompt on the Central Management Console (CMC) webpage only a white page is shown.
  • A session for the user is created and cannot be removed because there is no Log Off button. 
  • Session can only be removed by waiting for it to time-out or restart the SIA.
