1384970 - KA Developer 9.1.5 locks while recording

Symptom

  • When capturing a screenshot by pressing Prnt Scrn, Knowledge Accelerator (KA) tries to make a screenshot but then the top right KA window shows a red light and displays the message "Please wait while Developer records."
  • After that the computer locks up.
  • Can switch to another application using Alt-Tab. 
  • Using Alt-Tab, can see the KA Developer Error window, but cannot switch to it.
