1385460 - Y-Axis label interval changes in IE browser fullscreen

Symptom

When viewing the swf file in full screen in the IE browser (eg. using F11 in Internet Explorer), the objects will scale differently.  In this case, the Y-axis values will become unevenly distributed.  For example, in full screen, the Y-Axis numbers are showing 20, 40, 60.  Then pressing F5 to refresh the page, the Y-Axis numbers change to 60, 100, 140, 180.
