Symptom

  • Unable to pause a Recurring Schedule in Crystal Reports Server 2008 on Linux
  • In "History" page when try to Pause a Recurring Schedule, the Option is grayed out.

Environment

Red Hat Linux 4

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to the Central Management Console (CMC) as Administrator.
  2. Navigate to a folder and select a Crystal Report.
  3. Select Actions >> History.
  4. Select Instance = Recurring Schedule.
  5. Notice that Pause is grayed out.
  6. In case use of a Instance Manager the Pause option is not greyed and the instance continues as a Recurring Schedule.

Cause

  • This functionality does not currently exist in the product.
