1385871 - Using sPath in an OpenDocument URL returns the error: "An error has occurred: An error occured while trying to view the document"

Symptom

Using the following OpenDocument URL was working in XI 3.1 (no fixpacks):

.../OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sPath=[Folder+Names],[Folder+Name],[Folder+Name]&sDocName=<FileName>

After applying Service Pack 2 on the XI 3.1 environment, the same URL returns the error: "An error has occurred: An error occured while trying to view the document"
