1386473 - DeskI historical instance properties do not display printer information

Symptom

  • If you open the properties page of an instance of a DesktopIntelligence (DeskI) report that had been scheduled to a printer, it will not display the printer's information.
  • If you open the properties page of an instance of a Crystal Report that had been scheduled to a printer, it will display which printer it was sent to.
