1386622 - Date from calendar is using US date format instead of dd/mm/yyyy in a WebIntelligence report XI 3.1 when Preferred Viewing Locale are set to Hebrew

• Date from calendar shows mm/dd/yyyy (US format date) instead of dd/mm/yyyy
• When selecting a date from the calendar in a WebI report the date returned is incorrecte and is in Us format.
• When preferred Viewing Locale in the preferences are set to Hebrew then the date coming from the calendar are incorrect. It is using the format mm/dd/yyyy instead of the expected dd/mm/yyyy
