Symptom

  • when adding a valid Voyager keycode in the CMC, you receive the error message:
    "License Key Error: Mixed Key XXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXX. You cannot mix keys from different product editions. This product requires keys for SAP BusinessObjects Edge Standard 3.1. The key you entered was for BusinessObjects Enterprise Express Version"
