1390137 - CMS datasource fails when connected to Sybase 15

When attempting to utilize a Sybase 15 datasource as the CMS system database the connectivity fails.  With a unix deployment, you recieve the error message:

Error: Failed to initialize the datasource.  Error description: The database subsystem could not be loaded.  Make sure the database client is installed.  The message returned was the library named sybasedatabasesubsystem could ot be loaded. The system error message is Loading shared object failed.  First tried to load library sybasedatabasesubsystem and failed because of error: [ld.so.1: mozjsshell: fatal: sybasedatabasesubsystem: open failed: No such file or directory]. Second tried to load library libsybasedatabasesubsystem.so and failed because of error: [ld.so.1: mozjsshell: fatal: libct_r.so: open failed: No such file or directory]
