1390139 - How to deploy WAR files for BOE XI 3.1 using wdeploy ("deploy" option) on WAS 6.1 ND?

Symptom

  • During the BO XIR3.1 setup for Configure Web Application Server, trying to configure it to work with Websphere 6.1.  The error message is Caught Exception MissingResource Message: Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key 173. Key: 173 ErrorCode parameters are: ErrorCodeLookup:173
  • Unable to use wdeploy to deploy the web applications (InfoView, Cmc, etc) to Websphere 6.1 ND (Network Deployment) edition.
