Symptom

While installing Fix Pack 1.3 on BOXI 3.1 a few errors are displayed and can be found in log file called BusinessObjects_SP1FP3.12.1.log.summary under the default log path: 

  • [error] [Registry::SelfReg] Failed to register libEnterpriseFramework.so (regsvr), error code: 25600 
    [error] [Registry::SelfReg] Failed to register libInfoStore.so (regsvr), error code: 25600
