1390592 - Server Group fails when one server crashes

Symptom

  • If a server crashes any job sent to the server group via a webservice call fails
  • This error appears when using SoapUI to call the webservice.
  • "Web Services sent the request to start batch job <batch_job_name> on server <Server_Group>. The Job Server refused the request with error: No JobServer in the Server Group: <Server_Group> available to run the job"
