Report takes about 10 minutes to open within Crystal Reports Designer while connected to network but it opens right away when disconnected from the network.
Cause
Crystal Reports is trying to contact network printer used for report design.
Resolution
Open report and save it with "No Printer" option checked in Page Setup.
