1390863 - Instance Time Changes and Shows a Timestamp that does not Match the Time the Instance Finished

• In the history page the Instance Time is not the time when the instance finished (SI_UPDATE_TS does not match SI_ENDTIME)
• Clicking the status of the instance for more details shows the actual time when the instance finished
• The displayed date and time of a report instance in BILP and the CMC is the last time the report instance object was updated.
• Many reports have the Instance Time changed to the same value
