1391328 - Label Based Menu does not appear with Play Selector

Symptom

The label based menu does not appear when a Play Selector is on the canvas.

Reproducing the Issue

Environment:

  • Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack 1, Fixpack 1 (also applies to Fixpack 2 and 3)
  • Microsoft Office 2007
  • Windows XP Professional
  1. Insert a label based menu and a Play selector component in Xcelsius canvas.
  2. Preview the model and notice the background color of the Label based menu goes off.
  3. Now click on any label of the label based menu and the labels move randomly from its position.

Cause

The issue has been identified and logged under Problem Report ID ADAPT01226724.

Resolution

This is resolved in Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack 2, Fixpack 1 (SP 2.1)
